VP of Growth
THE CLIFFS NOTES:
As the growth leader at PetFriendly, you will develop and implement campaigns and programs to increase brand awareness and engagement across all digital marketing channels, with a focus on driving new customer subscriptions. You will be responsible for retention and acquisition strategies, including optimizing system functionality and overseeing marketing channels such as email, social media, search, affiliate, loyalty, subscription, and influencer marketing.
We are looking for someone who is a creative and data-focused marketer with a proven track record in marketing technologies and Direct-to-Consumer conversion campaigns. You are a results-driven, high-energy marketing expert.

OUR IDEA OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE IS SOMEONE WHO...
- Can prioritize the customer experience and is able to balance strategic thinking with execution
- Has a deep understanding of how to build out full-funnel strategies and connect with different personas in relevant and meaningful ways, preferably, in a DTC subscription box business
- Has proven experience building a network of influencers and turning it into a primary customer acquisition channel
- Has a background in owning and managing a budget, forecasting, and delivering on key KPIs such as spend, CAC, ROAS, Churn and LTV
- Has a least 10 years of Marketing/Leadership experience
WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the business
- Managing an annual budgeting process, as well as monthly forecasting and reporting at channel level for traffic, revenue, spend, ROI, and other performance KPIs
- Leveraging connectivity to the brand organization for alignment on plans to support key strategic product lines, innovations or other key equity building campaigns. Constantly seek optimization and growth through performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, landing page optimization, content and more across digital platforms
- Develop a cohesive multi-channel marketing strategy with clearly defined goals. Lead execution of marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new item launches and other marketing projects
- Serve as internal digital marketing thought leader; helping to identify digital marketing trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity, and testing opportunities that help drive the business
- Building and managing a successful team while fostering a culture that aligns with and promotes company values
