Referrals Program

When you refer a friend to PetFriendly, both you and your friend benefit. Your friend will receive $10 off their first subscription box (minimum value of $20), and once they complete their first purchase, you’ll receive a $10 credit to use toward a future order. It’s our way of saying thanks for spreading the word about PetFriendly.

Each customer has a unique referral link or discount code to share which can be found in Account Management. When a new customer signs up through your link and subscribes to a qualifying box, you’ll automatically earn your $10 credit. Credits can be applied to future orders and are non-transferable. There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer — the more you share, the more you can earn!

Please note: Referral credits are only awarded for new customer sign-ups. The referred friend must be a new PetFriendly customer and complete a purchase of at least $20 to qualify. PetFriendly reserves the right to adjust or cancel referral credits in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
