How to apply flea treatment to cats

Locate your cat

Prepare applicator

First, remove the tube from the package. Next, hold vertically and use scissors to snip the tip. Then, fold back the safety tab. Finally, use scissors to snip the tip and open the applicator.

Apply treatment

First, part your cat’s hair at their neck (base of their skull). Next, touch the applicator’s tip to the skin. Then, gently squeeze the applicator to apply the entire contents.

⚠️ Ensure the liquid doesn’t run off your cat’s side.

⚠️ Only apply one applicator per cat, regardless of weight.

⚠️ Do not allow your cat to ingest the treatment or get this treatment into their eyes. Proper placement minimizes this risk.

Discard properly

Ensure the applicator is empty, then place it in the trash. If any treatment remains in the applicator, call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused treatment down any indoor or outdoor drain.

Love on your cat

Once the treatment has dried, immediately resume snuggling. We want both you and your cat to be excited for treatment time. Giving them lots of love before and after will help ensure it!

⚠️ Avoid contact with the treated area until dry.

⚠️ Keep your cat dry for 24 hours after application.

⚠️ Separate your treated cat from all other pets until dry.
